Return Policy

We at Milas & Magnolia want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for
some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please refer to the return
policy below.
  • Online orders placed on our website or Facebook can be retuned for store credit ONLY. We strictly enforce this policy and will not make any exceptions. Once an order is placed we can not cancel it for any reason. If you need an order expedited or edited please reach out to us immediately and we can help with that!
  • You are responsible for cost of shipping the items back to us. All items must be in new condition with no smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair or make up.
  • We understand online shopping can be difficult so we will allow you to return an unworn/unwashed item for store credit within 14 days of of receiving the item.
  • It takes us 7-10 days to process a return, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit code once it has been processed.
In the case that you have received a damage or incorrect item please reach out
to us with a picture of the incorrect or damaged item and we will send a
replacement Item. All damage or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days from date of delivery.
